Episode 8- Charles Laurita & The Mischief
Saturday Nov 12, 2016
Saturday Nov 12, 2016
"You having us on the podcast is awesome because so many bands just see each other as competition, and there is no real support. Music is supposed to be fun. What we're doing (podcasting) is super cool. Local musicians supporting each other." -Chandler Scales of Charles Laurita & The Mischief
The Godfathers of "Alternafunk" reminded me why I love doing this whole podcasting thing so much. Charles, Chandler, and Will of the Mischief keep me quite entertained as they talk about creating music inspired by fantasy, comics, and Sci-fi. Additionally, they give me a glimpse into the future with a new single from their upcoming full length album, "Interstellar Fortuneteller". We share some really epic tunes on this "bobcast", as the four of us come to a conclusion about the local music scene: "Less Ego, More Eggos"

about, What can you do for me now? There are guys that are and forever
will be in my heart, but I just wouldn't take them." -Tim Urig
It's

@HeyUFantasyGuy (twitter) himself and multiple time FFL champion, Mr. Tim Urig.

thoughts position by position including his opinions on players such as
Tom Brady, Golden Tate, Ezekiel Elliot, Ryan "Fitzmagic", David

Do's and Don'ts. Keep it here for a very in depth Fantasy Football
Preview with one of the best to ever play the game.

Episode 6 - Black Tooth Grin
Saturday Jul 23, 2016
Saturday Jul 23, 2016
"We never were
going to be famous. We were never going to be huge rock stars. But we
loved doing this for fun. Some people go to therapy, some people drink
heavily. We just drink heavily and play music. " -Trevor of Black Tooth Grin
It's no holds barred as I sit down with Black Tooth Grin founding members Trevor, Frank, and James to talk about the upcoming BTG 10 Year Anniversary Show
featuring several local bands, a freak show, and many other surprises.
The boys have me in tears (from laughing) as they talk in depth about
growing up together, the state of the local scene, and their lack of
clothing at shows. Although always cracking jokes, I can see
that these guys are brothers and that BTG means way more to them than
just playing in a rock band. Keep it here for your very first look at the NEWEST BTG TRACK!!

Episode 5 - Roulette
Friday Jun 24, 2016
Friday Jun 24, 2016
"I can't speak for everyone but I'd be happy even if we didn't go anywhere. I just like playing music and being able to write music, especially with these guys. We're really good friends, in fact I'd be willing to say we're like a family now. I really look forward to doing this whenever we get together, even if we just hang out. I really just like making music." - Roulette's Mike Haider
I had the pleasure of sitting down with the popular rock quintet, Roulette to discuss the band's origin, the state of the local scene and even proper bathroom etiquette. We debut the band's new single "God Complex" on the podcast along with a one of a kind acoustic performance of "Speak No Evil".

Episode 4 - The Legendary Local Music Photographer, Jeff Crespi
Tuesday May 17, 2016
Tuesday May 17, 2016
"Every night when I come home, the first thing my wife says is, How was the show? And I'm telling you, after 10 years, I have never once ever told her it was a bad show. There is always something that I can take out of that show. I might not like the music at a show, but to me it's not about the music. It's about everything else. It's about the atmosphere. It's about the people. I look at you as a person first, before I see you as a musician. That's what I look for, I look for the human element. What you do as a human being is one thing, but who you are as a human being means more to me first." - Jeff Crespi of JeffCrespiRocks.com
I had the pleasure of sitting down with Jeff Crespi, local music photographer and an icon within the scene. Jeff talks about finding his passions in life and what he really looks for when shooting live bands. We discuss the state of the local music scene today, and Jeff shares his advice for local bands and photographers.

Episode 3 - Wrestlemania 32 Edition with Bill Bodkin of Pop-Break.com
Saturday Apr 02, 2016
Saturday Apr 02, 2016
" I don't think it's going to be a guy. I think it's going to be a woman. I think it's going to be Sasha Banks. I say that because you have a young, eloquent, attractive woman who has crossover appeal to men and women, who has connections to Pop Culture with Snoop Dog being her legit uncle. She is the type of person that could go on talk shows, go on game shows, the teen choice awards, whatever." -Bill Bodkin
With Wrestlemania 32 right around the corner, I had the privilege to speak with one of my favorite writers and wrestling fanatic, Bill Bodkin of Pop-Break.com. We talk in depth about future stars in the business, who's being misused, and of course make our picks for Wrestlemania AND NXT takeover.

Episode 2 - Drumming Legend Joe Nevolo
Sunday Mar 20, 2016
Sunday Mar 20, 2016
"It's a great feeling when you know you've really made a difference in people's lives. Especially when you have parents that'll come up and say you were such a big influence on my son. He was headed in a bad direction and you made a big difference. And that's probably the best feeling you could ever get." - Joe Nevolo
How many drummers does it take to make a podcast? Episode 2 of the "Bobcast" features legendary drummer and my drum instructor, Joe Nevolo. The veteran musician talks about his drumming journey, playing with over 200 bands, teaching at Big Beat Music Studio, and his auditions with the likes of KISS, Bon Jovi, and Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band. The interview also features Joe's drum solo entitled "Time & Space" featured on Stephen Ross's "Jabberwhacky" CD.
