The Godfathers of "Alternafunk" reminded me why I love doing this whole podcasting thing so much.  Charles, Chandler, and Will of the Mischief keep me quite entertained as they talk about creating music inspired by fantasy, comics, and Sci-fi.  Additionally, they give me a glimpse into the future with a new single from their upcoming full length album, "Interstellar Fortuneteller".   We share some really epic tunes on this "bobcast", as the four of us come to a conclusion about the local music scene:   "Less Ego, More Eggos"

Episode 7 - Fantasy Football Edition with Tim Urig

It's Fantasy Football Season, and I had the pleasure of sitting down with @HeyUFantasyGuy (twitter) himself and multiple time FFL champion, Mr. Tim Urig.  Tim has been playing Fantasy Football for over 18 years and shares his thoughts position by position including his opinions on players such as Tom Brady,  Golden Tate, Ezekiel Elliot,  Ryan "Fitzmagic", David Johnson, Gary "the Barnyard Dog" Barnidge, and even Marshawn Lynch.  We talk about who we like, "Fantasy Karma", "Not-so Sleepers", and Draft Do's and Don'ts.  Keep it here for a very in depth Fantasy Football Preview with one of the best to ever play the game. 

Episode 6 - Black Tooth Grin

It's no holds barred as I sit down with Black Tooth Grin founding members Trevor, Frank, and James to talk about the upcoming  BTG 10 Year Anniversary Show featuring several local bands, a freak show, and many other surprises. The boys have me in tears (from laughing) as they talk in depth about growing up together, the state of the local scene, and their lack of clothing at shows. Although always cracking jokes, I can see that these guys are brothers and that BTG means way more to them than just playing in a rock band.  Keep it here for your very first look at the NEWEST BTG TRACK!!

Episode 5 - Roulette

I had the pleasure of sitting down with the popular rock quintet, Roulette to discuss the band's origin,the state of the local scene and even proper bathroom etiquette. We debut the band's new single "God Complex" on the podcast along with a one of a kind acoustic performance of "Speak No Evil".

Episode 4 - The Legendary Local Music Photographer, Jeff Crespi

I had the pleasure of sitting down with Jeff Crespi, local music photographer and an icon within the scene.  Jeff talks about finding his passions in life and what he really looks for when shooting live bands.  We discuss the state of the local music scene today, and Jeff shares his advice for local bands and photographers.

How many drummers does it take to make a podcast?  Episode 2 of the "Bobcast" features legendary drummer and my drum instructor, Joe Nevolo.  The veteran musician talks about his drumming journey, playing with over 200 bands, teaching at Big Beat Music Studio, and his auditions with the likes of KISS, Bon Jovi, and Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band.  The interview also features Joe's drum solo entitled "Time & Space" featured on Stephen Ross's "Jabberwhacky" CD.
